Improvements and enhancements to AVSpare products and Product Link systems are put in place to improve the customer and dealer experience with Product Link. These updates improve the data reliability of the information transmitted by Product Link and data displayed in VisionLink. The improvements and enhancements apply to the following systems:
- Product Link firmware
- Product Link support systems
- Engines and machines firmware
- Engine and machine hardware
In order to obtain the best results for improving the data quality, all firmware and hardware updates provided for a machine or power system will need to be performed.
The improvements and enhancements for AVSpare products and Product Link systems are focused on the following key areas:
- Fuel and Hour Utilization Reporting In VisionLink
- Engine Fuel Data Quality
- Erroneous Fuel Level Alerts from VisionLink
- VisionLink Store Registration, Deregistration, & Migration
- VisionLink Displayed Data Quality
- Machine and Engine Diagnostics Reporting
- Non-Reporting Machines
