Installation Procedure

1. Install O-ring seals (10) and (11).

2. Attach a suitable lifting device to gear pump (9). The weight of gear pump (9) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Install bolts (8). Tighten bolts (8) to a torque of 55 ± 10 N·m (41 ± 7 lb ft).

3. Connect tube assembly (7).

4. Position screen assembly (6) and install bolts (5) . Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 55 ± 10 N·m (41 ± 7 lb ft).

5. Connect hose (4).

6. Position drain assembly (2) and install bolts (1). Connect hose assembly (3).

7. Fill transmission oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Transmission and Differential Oil- Change".

End By:

1. Disconnect the steering frame lock.
