Remove bolts (3) and retainer (4). Measure the thickness of retainer (4). Subtract the thickness of retainer (4) from the average distance measured previously, to determine the gap between the end of the spindle shaft and retainer (4).
- Install shims (5), the thickness of which is equal to the measured gap plus
