Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the harness assembly from the fuel control valve.

  2. Disconnect tube assemblies (1).

  3. Disconnect tube assembly (2).

  4. Attach a suitable lifting device to fuel control valve (6) and bracket (3). The weight of fuel control valve (6) and bracket (3) is approximately 150 kg (330 lb). Remove bolts (5). Remove fuel control valve (6) and bracket (3).

  5. Attach a suitable lifting device to fuel control valve (6). The weight of fuel control valve (6) is approximately 109 kg (240 lb). Remove bolts (4). Remove fuel control valve (6).

Installation Procedure

  1. Attach a suitable lifting device to fuel control valve (6). The weight of fuel control valve (6) is approximately 109 kg (240 lb). Position fuel control valve (6) on bracket (3). Install bolts (4).

  2. Attach a suitable lifting device to fuel control valve (6) and bracket (3). The weight of fuel control valve (6) and bracket (3) is approximately 150 kg (330 lb). Position fuel control valve (6) and bracket (3) on the engine. Install bolts (5).

  3. Connect tube assembly (2).

  4. Connect tube assemblies (1).

  5. Connect the harness assembly to the fuel control valve.
