- Lift the engine from the oil pan.

Illustration 4 g01123600 - Remove oil pan gasket (4) from the engine oil pan. Remove O-ring seal (5). Remove bolts (6). Remove flange (7) from the engine oil pan. Remove seal (8) from the flange.
