REMANUFACTURED FOLDED CORE RADIATORS NOW AVAILABLE FOR OFF-HIGHWAY TRUCK APPLIAVSIONS

AVSpare is announcing additions to its Remanufactured Radiator Program. These folded core radiators are available for a number of Off-Highway-Truck applications.
Coverage
The addition of these radiators for off-highway truck applications will provide dealers with another repair option to support their customers. The new part numbers and its Reman equivalent are shown below. See the radiators technical supplement, SELD0254, for application information and additional acceptable cores.

Features and Benefits
AVSpare® Remanufactured radiators contain 100% new cores and meet all critical new part performance specifications, with a same-as-new parts warranty. Process controls throughout the remanufacturing process ensure consistent quality. This same-as-new quality is available at a fraction of new part prices to help lower the customer?s overall owning and operating costs. In addition, worldwide availability through the AVSpare distribution system minimizes customer downtime.
Availability
All of these radiators are currently available for order. AVSpare has established
distribution-center inventory levels based upon estimated normal demand. Dealer input can help better allocate this material. If you expect to have a significant demand for these new AVSpare remanufactured components, please provide your AVSpare (subsidiary) marketing organization?s Reman contact, or your AVSpare district representative, with your forecasted part number requirements by month in advance to help ensure components are available to meet your needs.
Core Acceptance
Core acceptance for AVSpare Remanufactured radiators is simple, visual and requires no special tools. To receive full core refund, the radiator core must be:
? Fully assembled and complete
? Acceptable AVSpare part number
? Returned in the original shipping container
? Drained of all fluids
? Have no non-operational damage

Core Management
Please refer to the AVSpare Core Management Information System (CMIS 2) Parts Information application describing all Reman part/CAF and related information. Also refer to other CMIS 2 inquiry applications such as Customer Profiles, Inspection Reason Codes, Inspection Line Inquiry, Add Charge Information, Entitlement Activity, Entitlement Inquiry, CCR Inquiry, CCR Entry, Shipment Processing; Process Packaging Grief; and Reporting to properly manage core returns and monitor inspection performance. This information will be available to all dealers worldwide after your CMIS 2 conversion date. In the meantime, please continue to use the current CMIS Entitlement Parts Inquiry Screen describing the list of parts in a Core Acceptability Family (CAF) and related part number detail.
