Foundational Level

Choose from two options:

Option 1: Overhaul Foundational Kit

The Overhaul Foundational Kit, which includes all the basics for an overhaul, is designed for convenience: pre-packaged, ordered with a single part number and delivered in a single box.

3406 Foundational Level Kits

Note: Foundational Kits include all the gaskets and seals required for a complete overhaul and many 100% replacement items, ranging from thermostats to gear bushings.

Option 2: Customize Your Own Foundational Level

Depending on the repair options, dealers and/or customers might need fewer parts than the ones already included in the Overhaul Foundational Kits. For these situations, users can customize the Overhaul Foundational Level.

Select as many gaskets and seal kits as you need.

Note: Also consider adding key components that are necessary to improve overhaul effectiveness such as: oil filter, fuel filter, studs, thermostat, locknuts, bushings, washers and plugs.

Advanced and Optimal Level Kits

Advanced Level

Contains all of the features of the Foundational Level. Add parts and /or major components specific to the engine overhaul needs.

Optimal Level

Contains all of the features of the Foundational Level. Add all the parts and/or major components recommended to restore the engine to original factory specifications and performance. The Optimal Level is the most comprehensive overhaul solution and the best value.
